Do Enough: Stretching and Building Your Muscles
- Sit-ups
- Push-ups
- Martial arts
- Lifting free weights or strength training

Doing Less: Sitting Around
- Playing on the computer
- Watching television
- Playing electronic games
- Talking on the phone
- Sitting still for hours
